thanks so much for your list. we must have the same taste because the books on your list that i or my kids have read are our favorite too. those would be the thief lord, the bennedict society, bunnicula, rowan or rin. so i'm sure i and my kids will love your other selections. i just read a book that your recommended a few months ago that was on the banned book list-- "the giver". i loved it so much that i also read the sequel "gathering blue" and i'm about to read "messenger" . i just love those books. and i love your taste in books!!!

i just put all of the books that we havent read on hold, except for Found by Margaret Peterson Haddix, i couldnt find it anywhere, maybe something is mispelled?
by the way we also read and loved the city of ember and the people of sparks, and sideway stories...

The "Found" book is brand new, it may not be available at your library yet. It is book one in "The Missing" series. Check Amazon for details.
I've only read six of those... how sad...
my boys just finished the defenders of the universe and they are still loving the boys start to war series. whenever i need some suggestion i go to your site. samuel is currently ready lemonade war and summer of the monkeys. isaiah is reading motorcycle mouse. you are the best shiela. keep up the good work. a new series that my boys love is Ulysses Moore. i dont know if you have heard of it. i love you lots!!
